I will leverage my experience and training in Nutrition, Exercise, Life Coaching and Self Mastery to break down your current limitations and set you up for a future of Low Stress Success.

  • Having lost my Best Friend to Suicide in 2016, Mental Health and Mental Dis-ease has always been a cause close to my heart. I have worked with a number of people who have had their lives impacted by the loss of a loved one, and have spent countless hours working with Counsellors, Chaplains and Psychologists to try and deduce the best strategies for improving Mental Health Outcomes for those who are in need.

    The idea of running a men’s group was born of the idea that having a supportive network and a community may be a helpful first step for those who are experiencing challenges in life. I decided to partner with and raise money for LIVIN while hosting this group, as they are doing incredible work in the Mental Health Space.
